Introduction

Our 3-bedroom home will comfortably accommodate a family of six. But it's also perfect for three couples traveling together, or as a romantic and extra-spacious getaway for two. This house is 1520 square feet under air, 3200 square feet total, including a two-car garage, spacious screened in lanai, heated pool on 1/2 acre land completely closed in by lovely palmtrees completely private! Heated by a Solar Heat, the pool water is a comfortable 85 degrees while the spa temperature is a toasty 100 degrees.

The master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, LCD HDTV, DVD, spacious en suite bathroom with separate his and her vanities, walk-in shower, and a separate entrance to the lanai, pool and spa.

The guest bedrooms are equiped with a queen-size bed, TV/DVD combo, full-size closet, and a shared bathroom.

The great room has an open floor plan which features vaulted ceilings, tile floors with tiles, ceiling fans, a couch, love seat, and recliner. Whether you choose to eat indoors or out, you will find seating for six overlooking the pool. For entertainment, the great room features a 32 inch HDTV, DVD, and Stereo. Large sliding doors lead to the pool and lanai.

Our kitchen is completely equipped with cooking and eating utensils, a breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher, and oven make it easy to prepare at home meals. Of course, if you choose to dine out, Lehigh Acres and nearby South Fort Myers offer a variety of restaurants including your favorite chains to some unique dining experiences.

December 1st - April 15th: $850/week
April 16th - May 30th: $600 / Week
October 1st - November 30th: $600 / week
June 1st - September 30th: $90 / Night
* 4 night minimum or $560 / Week
  • Price includes electric, phone, WiFi internet, direct tv, & linens.
  • Please add $120 for cleaning and 11% tax to above rates. PayPal Accepted.
  • Optional: Electric heat pump for pool & spa additional $30 per week.
  • One week minimum stay September - May.
  • Security deposit required. 50% of rent due with signed contract.
  • Check-in 3pm ; Check-out 11am.
